Welcome

just released:
Hidden Ridge Vineyard 2005 Cabernet Sauvignon!

"Simple, non-interventionist winemaking showcases the unique character of the vineyard in this wine. Fragrant and lush, the 2005 Hidden Ridge Cabernet offers a veritable bounty of blue and red fruit flavors with spice and toast notes consistent with the wine’s style. The 2005 favors a bit more elegance as the wine evolves in the glass, continuing with chocolate and spice notes accenting the rich fruit. This wine will be best enjoyed in three to five years as the marriage of the mountain fruit and oak fully develops."

2005 Hidden Ridge Sonoma County Cabernet Sauvignon
“A very fine Cabernet that combines the modern cult style of ripeness with old-fashioned structure to produce a wine of exceptional appeal. It’s rich in mountain-intense black currants, bitter chocolate, spices and smoky oak, wrapped into splendid tannins, and the finish is thoroughly dry. The grapes are from the Sonoma side of Spring Mountain, and the winemaker was veteran Marco DiGiulio.” Steve Heimoff, November 2009
